Recently with the release of number of tablets its pretty confusing to select one for yourself , that's why i compared all these devices so that a user can go for the best. Both Kindle Fire as well as Nook Color are Android based Tablets , each having a 7-inch IPS LCD with a Screen Resolution of 1024 X 600 pixels and 1 GHz and dual-core processors. Kindle Fire is running an Android Version which is modified quiet heavily and is available at every Amazon's Gigantic Book Store. Whereas the Barnes & Noble Nook which is the best competitor to Kindle Fire. While Apple's iPad is installed with Apple's iOS 5. Before selecting a Tablet PC you need to ask yourself a question "For what purpose you will be using the Tablet" The Kindle Fire and Apple iPad 2 compete with each other as both of these gadgets provides almost the same facilities and functionalities. iPad has iTunes while Kindle provides the same thing with Amazon.
Thickness:
Nook tablet is a bit chunkier than Amazon Kindle Fire and iPad2(wifi), It has a thickness of about 0.48 inches. Kindle Fire is having a thinkness of about 0.45 while the apple iPad2 is the slimmest amongst the three tablets with a thickness of 0.34 inches.
Size and weight:
When it comes to size Amazon Kindle Fire is the smallest having (Height: 7.5 inches , Width: 4.7 inches , Thickness : 0.45 inches and wight : 0.91 pounds) followed by Nook Color having (Height : 8.1 inches , Width : 5 inches , Thickness : 0.48 inches and weight : 0.99 pounds) and whereas the Apple iPad 2 is the smallest with the folllowing Dimensions (Height : 9.5 inches , Width : 7.31 inches , Thickness : 0.34 inches and weight : 1.33 pounds)
Operating System:
The Nook Tablet is installed with the Android 2.2 version Froyo , Amazon Kindle Fire is also preinstalled with an Android OS (version not known yet) whereas the Apple iPad 2 is installed with Apple iOS 5.
Price:
Amazon Kindle Fire is released and is available at a Nominal Cost of $ 199.00 which is the cheapest amongst the three gadgets. Nook Color is available at cost slightly higer than the Amazon Kindle Fire at about $ 249.00. The iPad 2(wifi) is costliest amongst the three and is available at approximately $ 499.00

Despite of the price Apple iPad 2 will be the best gadget for you. But if you do not want to spend that much amount and still want the best you should definitely buy Amazon Kindle Fire

i got an ipad 2 and i am totally satisfies by the device i think that its one of the best device so i would suggest you to purchase an apple iPad for yourself. The best part of apple is that there are a larget number of apps available in the app store which can be downloaded and installed on the iPad 2 directly.

As far as i am concerned i think that amazon kindle is far more better than the other two devices not only because it is cheapre than the other two but also it comes alongwith an Android Operating system which is customly modified to provide an easier User Interface.

If you looking to buy a cheap tablet pc then kindle fire is the best option. There is no meaning for wasting lots of money on tablet pc.

Hello, I am using Apple ipad 2 tablet pc and this is the best tablet pc. No any tablet can beat ipad.... iPad rocks !!!!!!!!
