Devil May Cry 5 stutters and lags

I have installed Devil May Cry 5 game on my Windows 7 desktop. The problem is when ever I play the game it stutters and lags a lot. I do not know what could have been causing this? I have been trying to figure out but failed miserably. So it would be better if someone can help me with this that is getting the solution for sorting the stutter and lag problem. Please help me out with this. Thanks.

The possible issue seems to be with the system requirement not able to meet the game. You need to check out for that first. As the possible issue arises when system specs is not able to cope with the game requirements. The game lags and it stutters lot. So in order to get things to work for you I am providing you with the system specs required for the game, It is given as below:

• GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Edition or Radeon HD 6950
• 4 GB Ram memory
• Windows 7 64bit
• DirectX 9
• 9 GB free HDD space

Cross check the above requirements with yours and then get to a conclusion.

The best thing you can do if system specs are all correct is by updating the desired and necessary drivers for all hardware. I would suggest to install the drivers for all the peripherals of your system. Just download from the manufacturers site. You will get the latest drivers for your video card and other essential supporting Windows 7 64bit edition. This should help to sort the issue that you face while playing.

Thank you so very much for the help that you have provided. I will now try to get the latest drivers for peripherals of my system. This is because the system specs are more upgraded than the given one. SO there is no issue with the specs. Hope that the latest driver will solve the issue.

The problem basically seems to be with video card driver. I would suggest you to update the driver of the system and then restart the system. Make sure that you install the driver in safe mode option and then check out for the thing. This will be really helpful. Check out.

I figured out that system specs was the issue for me. My system specs was not good and upgraded the essentials that was required. Thank you so very much for this. This was the best I could get. After upgrading the system essentials the game is working great and also upgraded the video card driver.

The game used to lag and stutter lots while playing but now its not the case. Thank you so very much for the best solution. Now I am now facing any problem. Have upgraded the driver essentials and game is working too good. Thanks for this.

This was really the same issue that I faced while plying. To get sort of the issue I would suggest you to first install the latest updated driver of the peripherals. As I faced the same issue and when I upgraded the driver for the same everything worked well and fine. It was awesome. Check out for the thing. I am sure you will get to a better conclusion then. If things do not work the way it should do let us know.

Yes, outdated driver was the reason in my case. Thank you so much for your suggestion. I was also with the same problem and after reading the suggestions over here. I decided to update the driver and as I did that then the problem get resolved for me. Now, the game is working well for me without any issues. This is really great to be a member of this forum.
