Need to download Whatsapp for Nokia Asha 205

I am planning to buy the new phone that will be launched by Nokia which is Nokia Asha 205. I am looking out for Whatsapp application that will support this phone. Just need to know will Whatsapp support this least budget phone. Although the device is not a smartphone but is it possible that Whatsapp will work? Please help me with this. Thanks.

We are actually not sure about the support of the app to the device right now as the phone is released yet and so it cannot be said. I would suggest you to wait for the release and then check on the list of supported device. If the device is mentioned then it will certainly support. So all I can say is you need to wait till then.

You can have a look to Whatsapp official site. Click on the link that is Whatsapp for Nokia Series 40 device. As your phone is a Series 40 based phone so if the phone will support the application it will be listed in the segment of phones. You need to check for this when the phone is released. Other than that you can also check out on OVI store that is by selecting the device as Nokia Asha 205 and then search for Whatsapp. This will help you.

Combined with eBuddy Chat, Twitter and support for admired email accounts such as Gmail. It is good phone but it does not support whats app application. You can have many more other application like stated above.

Whats app is under process to develop his application compatible to all phones so soon you will have whats app download for your phone too. Nokia asha 206 supports whats app so it is sure that after some time you will get in to your phone also. So all you have to do is wait for the official announcement or you can have regular check on whats app official page.

It is really very bad news that this good looking qwerty phone does not support whats app. I have search all sites and even the official site of whats app but could not find this app for my phone. I am not able to find whatsapp for the Nokia Asha 205. I know that this is very disappointing for all the users of Nokia Asha 205 but this is truth. I hope that the whatsapp developer will be working on this and will make the compatible version of the whatsapp for Nokia Asha 205 as well. By that time we cannot do anything. Rather, you can try with some alternet chatting software like nimbuzz or eBuddy.

You just have to visit the whatsapp.com and you will see one download link over there. When you click on that link then it will check for the compatible version for your phone and if that is available then it will start with the download and if it is not available then it will show you the appropriate message to you.
