iPlayer freezes after updating iPad

Recently i have updated my iPad to 4.2 and right after that i am facing a problem with my iPad my iPad freezes automatically whenever i try to use the iPlayer. What is causing the problem the update. Should i uninstall the updates i even tried to clear the cache and cookies but this made no difference. What is your suggestion.

I think you are using safari browser for watching the iPlayer try enabling the debug console in the safari settings and check whether the errors are fixed. iPlayer uses the quicktime for playing this video. There might be an issue with the the quicktime player. This should definitely fix the error.

The problem might be because of the update but ptior to that it is better to reinstall the iPlayer once again on your iPad and check whether it starts working. Because even i had a similar problem with my iPad after updating it one of my application resulted in to an error message. So i tried and uninstalled the application and downloaded it once again after installing it the error was fixed. Hope this will fix the error
